My Vision:  To help create an environment where everyone in the family are empowered to be truly themselves.  To support this dynamic by encouraging parents to move towards a more equitable balance of power within the family; especially when their children are moving into young adulthood.

My Contribution:  To offer empathic listening with the intention for parents and their children to be fully heard.  From this place of understanding, both will want to strive for what is best for each other in a way that is kind, caring, and compassionate.
